The Hollystock organizing committee has made the tough decision to cancel the festival for this year. If you’ve been through Mount Holly lately you’ll see that our downtown is going through a few improvement projects that affect our festival location, and it’s just not going to be safe or fun to invite a few thousand of our friends into the midst of the construction work this summer. Thanks to all for your continued interest & support of the event – especially to our faithful artists and vendors for your patience as we weighed all of our options. But there’s lots of good news! Our annual Independence Day Celebration is set to be the best yet (Iron Works Park, Sunday, July 2nd) and we’ll pick back up with our other awesome downtown events this fall including the Witches Ball (Saturday, October 7th,) the Mount Holly Car Show (Saturday, October 21st,) our annual Holiday Tree Lighting & Festivities, Fire & Ice and more! And of course, we look forward to bringing back Hollystock in 2018, better than ever in our newly improved downtown.
